Marco Dau

Marco Dau is a business manager with extensive experience in leading companies. He was in charge of Internal Communications at BNL and was Chief Executive Officer of BNL Event, a Gruppo’s company specialized in Marketing and Communications.

Marco Dau is a business manager with extensive experience in leading companies. He was in charge of Internal Communications at BNL and was Chief Executive Officer of BNL Event, a Gruppo’s company specialized in Marketing and Communications.

He was Chief Executive Officer of the communication agency Caleida and worked on the organizing committee of Expo 2015 in Milan, helping to lay the foundations for what is now considered a great Italian success.

He was General Manager for a company in the world of telecommunication services. Together with Massimo Panagia, he founded Italia Cibum, of which he is Partner and Managing Director, capitalizing on his passion for quality food and the products connected to it: he enrolled in the Italian Chefs Association, and he studied as a Sommelier after following a series of specialization courses as a Chef… a qualification that he considers to be purely amateur. He created the Manager group at Fornelli, where he is one of the main hosts.

Massimo Panagia has worked as CEO for over 25 years in Italian and multinational companies, operating in all the major world markets, including the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, India, South East Asia, China, Korea, and Japan.

Massimo Panagia has worked as CEO for over 25 years in Italian and multinational companies, operating in all the major world markets, including the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, India, South East Asia, China, Korea, and Japan.

Among his many roles, he was Chief Executive Officer of Maersk Logistics (for the EME region), of Cargoitalia (which he was also the founder of), and of Alitalia Cargo. He holds a Master’s in Science of Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is now head of Tristar, a Business Development & Venture Capital company whose primary objective is to evaluate business development projects and support clients in their implementation. His career path is mainly focused on transport and logistics, but for several years he has been working with Food, retail models for Enogastronomy and internationalization of Made in Italy food products. He obtained the Sommelier dell'Olio Diploma, of which he is also an amateur producer. Together with Marco Dau, he founded Italia Cibum, of which he is a Partner and Executive Chairman.
